We are able to offer services that meet your requirements at every step of the recruitment process, from strategic identification of a role through the search and selection process, as well as helping you as an individual to develop your career and potential as an outstanding professional. We believe that recruitment and career management go hand in hand to maximise personal goals and therefore business performance.
This is where the executive search process always starts. Our clients consult with us to establish the parameters and profile of a particular role. We help to refine the strategic requirements; the skill set, the level of expertise, the capabilities and potential aspirations of the 'perfect' candidate. We understand where you’re going as a business and where this role will fit, the impact it will be expected to have, the benefit it will bring to the bottom line. We also advise on expected salary and benefits package.
We also support clients who often need specialist services to complement their HR strategy. We can help with the following;
- Corporate and departmental restructuring or creation; assessing and recommending appropriate employee numbers, levels and pay structures for times of growth or cost savings.
- Salary surveys – benchmarking salaries or bonus schemes with competitors and / or the market in general to support business planning, salary budgeting or recruitment.
- Competitive mapping – providing you with a tool to assess the competitive space and therefore support strategic decision making.

Establishing a thorough client brief is key to a successful outcome as these are the criteria on which the candidates will be judged. We manage the production of the brief; meet with all the decision makers within the organisation to hone the profile of the candidate, and ensure it is approved by the client for all parties involved. Added to this we assess and understand the culture and environment into which a candidate will be recruited and will meet with their peers, to ensure a strong fit in terms of ethos and aptitude.

Once the brief has been established, we follow a rigorous search and selection process using a range of proven techniques to identify and qualify suitable candidates; desk research, market research, market intelligence, networking, advertising, face to face interviewing and psychometric testing.
Our researchers update and manage market intelligence of the industry as well as who the key ‘movers and shakers’ and rising talents are in organisations.

As an initial step, we conduct a telephone interview with the prospective candidate to assess suitability and their interest in the role. At this stage we do not disclose who our client is.
This is followed up by a thorough face to face interview by ourselves for those we recognise to be ‘potential’ candidates. Cultural fit and candidate aspirations are assessed as well as suitability of skills and experience. We also ensure that clients are tested on their aptitude, notably their qualitative as well as quantitative results, as these findings will typically highlight the key players in an organisation. We will not waste time forwarding you an applicant who does not fit the role completely.
A confidential profile report is then produced for each short listed candidate and we would typically present you with 3 or 4 people to interview. Psychometric testing can also be taken on each of the candidates.
We work with you to manage the interview process, reporting in an agreed format and ensuring close communication with the candidate throughout this stage. We continue supporting through the offer negotiation process and bringing it to a conclusion, including taking up verbal references.

We finalise the process by obtaining references for the successful candidate. We ensure that we maintain communication with them through the final stages of recruitment, through their induction process once at the firm and for up to six months into their role.
We also respect the needs of unsuccessful candidates and offer them constructive feedback and support where required. We are mindful that your company’s reputation is being represented through every aspect of our process.

We recognise that our clients want to fulfil the potential of their people, or that you as an individual may be looking for support to strength your performance and capabilities.
Executive Coaching
Executives will be facing intense pressure in their roles and often need the support, guidance and advice of a skilled coach instead of relying on their peer group.
Companies value the benefit of providing coaching for their leaders which improves the performance of the individual and hence the results of the business. Individuals will also come to us for referrals to the top coaches for peer support, advice or for training to sharpen particular skills.
Life Coaching
A life coach will help a person with all aspects of their life, personal and professional, typically encompassing career, health, relationships and family. The individual will often have an immediate issue to solve, but this may impact on other aspects of their life. Personal issues may be affecting their professional life or, their professional life may not be fulfilling them as they had anticipated. A life coach will support the person in identifying the root of the issue and working towards solving it.

Career Management
Nurturing your own career is essential for the competitive individual. Attaining specific skills or honing leadership capabilities at the right time in your career can dramatically improve your opportunities and accelerate your progression.
Whether currently employed or looking for an opportunity, career support and advice is invaluable. We help individuals to evaluate their current status, devise a strategic plan for development and then attain new skills. We also offer advice on CV development and support in exploring alternative career options.
Career Transition
Redundancy is unfortunately now commonplace. We work with businesses who are conducting a redundancy programme as well as clients and candidates who have lost their jobs to minimise the impact of redundancy on their career and personal life. We can assist in outplacement and career support such as;
- offering individuals training and advice following redundancy situations,
- providing support and assistance to companies during the consultation/redundancy process,
- in-house staff development to improve low morale and productivity following a redundancy programme.
